Machine and Equipments
The hydraulically operated TARA MechRam – MX is a simple operating machine that compresses the fly-ash mix into the desired brick size. The machine is equipped with mechanized feeding of machine from pan mixer through hopper cum conveyer system. Each moulding mechanism produces four bricks per cycle; and the full package produces 1000 bricks per hour. TARA MechRam - MX can produce different sizes of bricks i.e. 230 × 108 × 75mm and 200 × 90 × 90 mm. TARA MechRam machines produces standard brick size with frog is optional. Auxiliary equipment consists of two pan mixers and a hydraulic pallet truck.
